Founded in 1987 in Pittsburgh's steel belt, Ironforge has spent nearly four decades perfecting the craft of iron grill manufacturing. Every grate, every rod, every weld is executed with the same obsessive attention to metallurgical precision that defined American industrial craft.

We supply restaurants, hotel chains, sporting venues, and private estates worldwide — each order crafted to exact specification, from raw iron to finished product in our 120,000 sq ft facility.

Our engineers work with you to define exact dimensions, material grade, finish type, and load tolerances for your application.

Raw Casting
Iron is melted and poured into precision sand molds. Our foundry operates at 1,450°C to ensure consistent grain structure.

Machining
CNC grinding and milling achieve food-safe flat surfaces and precise rod spacing. Every unit is measured and logged.

QC & Ship
Full dimensional and stress inspection before crating. We ship worldwide with freight partners and installation guides.
